Key changes are:
1. Paragraph 4.1 was updated to better define communication paths from field facilities to the County to the State.
2. One tactical frequency change was updated in section 8 at the request of N4BQQ, Calhoun County EC.
3. KB4RRC reports the Florence tactical repeater, frequency 146.850 MHz, now has a PL frequency of 123.0 The tactical plan above (page 15) DOES NOT show this. This change will be added in the next release.
Suggest you update your radio immediately if you plan on using this repeater.
